If the 2012 models have the 2 holes in the sway bar it should work.
I can't wait to do this in the spring when our motorhome is out of storage.

I agree with georgetown. The Ford chassis does not change much year over year. I have yet to get a response from the engineers at Ford.

Update: I have had a minor email correspondence with Ford. The latest communication is:

"Vehicle Dynamics engineering is evaluating potential durability issues with regard to stress levels in the stabilizer bar and bushings. I will let you know what the comments may be when I receive the information."

I will update as I receive more info. Sounds to me like they are seriously looking at the mod.

I had a dealer do it for me & the drive to FL this week was great. A little stiffer in town but the improvement on the highway is 100%. Much easier to handle. I now love this unit.

The Ford dealer advised against the suspension mod for the stress reasons and concerns of the factory bars breaking over time. Particularly with bumps and curbs adding extra stress. I opted to go with a road master bar for piece of mind. We'll see how it improves the ride this summer.

I performed this mod today. It went well. I needed a breaker bar to get two of the nuts loose. The rest came off with my cordless impact wrench. Like somebody else said the bolt needs a 15mm socket and the nut an 18mm. I stuck with the stock links.

After changing to the other set of holes on the front and back sway bars I lifted the back tires off the ground with the jacks. Of course this pushes the front end down a bit too. Then I did the opposite, front end off the ground back pressed down.

The only binding I had was when the front tires come off the ground the front sway bar binds against the springs. I don't think it'll be a problem but I may still get some longer links for the front.

Can anyone tell me the difference between a 2012 378ts built late in 2011 and the ones coming off the line now?

I have a late 2011, 2012 378ts and went to the dealer yesterday who had 5 2012 georgetowns and the only differences i could see is a change of front ends, the grill, lights and shape of the nose are different. The only change inside that i noticed was a storage cabinet over the exit/entrance door...

Not true..Georgetowns already have the biggest wheel size out there. 22.5 inch wheels. It is the same as tractor trailers and DP's. I was inside and did not notice any difference in ceiling height either and i am 6'4" tall. Was he talking about the 378ts??

We have had a number of minor issues like the fridge door ice and water dispensors..neither work. the drivers seat is broken and fabric is torn..dealer says the delivery company did it. The living area window shade is defective. the inside door handle pulled out of the wall the first time we used it. Fairly minor stuff but when you pay this much is should be in perfect condition. Our issues are more with the dealer, we took delivery on dec. 1st and here we are almost 3 months later and the dealer is telling me that the parts are hard to get....It's always "a couple of more weeks" We love the floor plan and the overall look of the Georgetown... this is our first RV. Is this your second 378???

Waiting to hear what Ford sad about this. If they ok it, I'd like to do this before we head back up north the first week in April. So, please let us know as soon as you hear from them.

The back looks like it has plenty of room on mine. There was no binding on the back with any up or down I could put on it. From what I read on the other forum the clearance on the rear sway bar is larger after 2005 or so. My chassis is a 2007.

So for mine at least I will only need the one pair of adjustable links for the front.
