Television
Hi all, I don't know if it was the Thor we were looking at but we thought it was the Georgetown that had a TV in the bedroom which flipped up to reveal a hidden compartment. Does that exist. If so it isn't lifting up!

Must have been the Thor because not aware of a Forest River class A that has a bedroom TV that flips up. On our Georgetown, it's just dead space behind the TV.

The THOR Ace 30.1 has this hidden compartment behind the tv in the bedroom.

Nope, not the Georgetown. The empty space behind ours is reachable from two doors and the DW calls it her "attic".

How does she reach it? We have closet doors on each side.

Same with ours. The only way you can reach behind the TV in ours is to remove a panel inside the left closet.

I had to get back there when I installed the swivel base for the TV. When I looked back there, I though to myself what a waste of space. It would be a perfect place to install a safe.

Yes we have different configurations. Ours has the cupboard doors above the right closet and smaller drawers underneath.

since a couple of you have similar units is there an electrical out anywhere near the dinnette?

You should have an outlet directly underneath the dinette on the outside wall.
