Thermostat

In our 2012 Georgetown 378 the thermostat in the bedroom has the numbers in celsius and in the bed room they are fahrenheit. Can anyone tell me how to change them?

Hi Falcon35
The following is out of the manual.

Temperature Format ºF / ºC
Simultaneously press the “+” and “―“ buttons to toggle between
Fahrenheit and Centigrade format. ºF indicates Fahrenheit and ºC
indicates Centigrade.

If you send me a private message I will send you the owner's and installation manuals.

To everyone else,

Is there a way to post these files up on this forum. I received these files from Dometic. One is a Word file and the other is a PDF.

Thanks

Thank you MikeA,
I fixed mine it is very easy when you know how.
I think it would be nice if Forest River would publish all the internet links to all these manuals. I have found the steps, slides and jacks but did not find the one for the thermostat.

SinkorSwim:
I think your formula is off some what.

I thought because we bought the Georgetown in Canada and we travel some in the USA Forest River was covering all bases.

MikeA, when you post, don't use the quick reply. Click "Go Advanced", and the page will change to an edit box with more features. Below the edit box is a section called "Additional Options". Within that section is a button that says "Manage Attachments". You can use that to upload files of the following types: bmp, doc, docx, gif, jpe, jpeg, jpg, pdf, png, psd, & txt.

Depends on which way you're trying to convert.
It is correct for F to C conversions. (F-32)x5/9=C.
For C to F, multiply by 9/5 then add 32. (Cx9/5)+32=F.
