This may be the day!

I have a appointment to pickup our Georgetown today at 2pm. It has been at the dealer, this time, for over 7 weeks for items to be fixed. I was going to get it Saturday, but the service department is not open on week-ends so they wanted me to wait until today so they could go over the repairs with me. I can't help but to get excited about getting it back home. The biggest problem was the dash air and finding someone to work on it.
Its almost like getting a new RV for the first time. Hope everything is fixed as they say it is.

We send good Karma to you from Minnesota. It's a long journey so it could take a while.

Thanks all, I am taking off work at 1pm to have plenty of time to check it out before the 80 mile drive home. I will post the results.

I can gladly say it went smoother than I was expecting. I had my list and everything seems to be taken care of. I made it home without running over anyone or hitting anything, and was very pleased to have it sitting in our driveway. It was pushing 100 yesterday with humidity 100, so even though the dash air was blowing cold air, it was not enough to cool down the rig without the roof AC. It was nice to have the backup camera working as it should. Now all I have to do is give it a good cleaning and we will be ready to take it out for a real test.

We picked up our new 350GTA on Jul 27 and by Aug 1 some nit wit had ran a stop sign , ploughed into the passenger side of the coach and did $30,000 damage. We had put 270 miles on it. Now hope to get it back fully repaired by mid October. Repair shop says it takee 3 to 6 weeks to get parts from FR. This seems like an inordinate amount of time to ship parts but we have little control over FR.
