The 110 is the maximum pressure for the tire.
This pressure is designed for more weight than your Georgetown.
The pressure on the wall is printed when it is weighed after the house box is added and you should use that psi.
Here is a chart that shows the weight to psi figures for the Michelin 235x80x22.5" tires.
