Toddler vs Door Well

We enjoy having out grandchildren with us on our 378, but always had to keep a keen eye on the little one to keep her from stumbling down the door well.

A simple piece of plywood solved the problem! Put a small block on reverse side to lock it to well sides. Also cut notches on wall side to fit around hand rail and electronics.

Thumbs up

Great idea. We always have our grandkids with us and the door entrance has always been a concern. We thought of a baby gate setup but I like this a lot better!

Step well

When we bought our used 09 357QS, it actually came with the exact same insert that you showed. The dealer did not know what it was for at the time of purchase, But my wife figured it out a bit later. What a great idea. Love ours too.

It'll be interesting when she figures out how to get the fire extinguisher out.

Trying to child proof an RV has been a challenge. Like to see how others have secured stuff. Lots of No! Don't touch!
