Toilet leak

I am a small leak coming from the right side of the toilet as you are sitting on it. There is a hose on that side and there is water coming from it. I have a bowl sitting there that catches the drips. I have tried hand tightening the hose but that didn't seem to work.

Has anyone had this problem and if so, how did you fix it?

Have you disconnected the hose completely to see if there is a washer in there and if it's in good condition?

I had the same problem on our Georgetown. Seems they cut the tubing about 1/8" too short so it could never make a good seal. I just inserted an extension using the same type of PEX and fittings and that cleared that up.

There is no washer in this type of connection, it uses a ferule type of seal.
