Once a day I am having to put a stick down the opening of my toilet and swirl it around to get the toilet paper to fall. It never just falls into the hole it piles up. I'm using the Rv toilet paper as well. When a stick a stick down the hole it stops about 2 foot down I assume that tank is off to a 90 degree angle and this is cause the toilet paper not to just fall down. Is this normal?
Are you using water, lots of water when flushing? At least a bowl full when using toilet paper. If you're dry camping then keep the liquid until bowl is full. Use it for flushing. Not pretty but it works and your black water tank doesn't fill as fast.
Are you in a campground and hooked up to water? If so(I don`t know how I changed the printing )your toilet should have water going to it unless you`re talking about a port o potty. If you have a pedal you push down with your foot to flush, lift it up with your foot and it should fill the toilet without flushing. Then you can flush when finished. If you have a hand lever, it should work the same way as the foot pedal. I sure hope you haven`t been having this problem very long. If you want you can use bottled water to fill the toilet but, again, if you`re hooked up to water you shouldn`t have to.
Herk, I like that mod. Is the spray head's stream adjustable to keep it from making a mess itself?

That is why the ball valve, you can partially open it to reduce the pressure if needed.
OR
You can use the OEM bib on the flush valve itself. It will split the available pressure between the toilet flush and the wand when flushing (can't use the wand to fill in this case and you will need to use the up/part down technique to fill the bowl for #2). I tried that first and hated the low pressure needed to remove "skid marks" from the bowl.
To quickly remove skid marks I just open the full pressure T valve fully and shoot them off. Saves a TON of water when camping off the internal tank.
