TPMS w/ Airless Flexible Valve Extenders

I will be leaving shortly on an extended trip and would like to install a TPMS system for my MH and toad for protection and piece of mind. I currently use metal braided flexible valve extenders on my duals due to the impossibility of airing both tires without removal of the liner each time. The extenders are the airless variety. If I add a sensor to each extender, I've essentially changed them to air filled extenders. Is this a concern given they are not designed for that functionality? Should I change the extenders on the duals to the type specifically made to hold air pressure in service? Thanks in advance for your replies.
