We had trouble with our Toshiba as well. Dealer installed a new VISIO in ours under warranty. We also have 3 of them in the house. Great TV's. Go to Costco and get one.

I replace mine with a Samsung Smart TV with wifi.
They are $370 at Best Buy.
Samsung 40" Class (40" Diag.) - LED - 1080p - Smart - HDTV Black UN40H5203AFXZA - Best Buy

I also mounted it to the wall with a good quality bracket.
You may not be able to do this if yours is enclosed in a compartment.

Iggy, I like the mount. Do you retract it against the wall while traveling? I can't hardly get to the wires the way it is now. Did you install the mount or have it done? I would worry that it might break loose from the wall with the vibration of going down the road.

Happy Trails, Forrest

It is the highest quality RV mount you can buy.
Yes it locks itself when against the wall.
It easily unlocks with a pulldown pin and I have had it for a few years now while travelling.
It costs $109 and you can find many different types and sizes here.
Mine is MorRyde Model TV1-0211H and I bought it online from these guys.
