Usable fuel

2012 327DS - 80 gallon fuel tank.

How much of that is usable for the 5500 Onan/Cummins genset?
My last MH would only pull rom the top 3/4 of a tank. Curious about how the 327DS is setup.

With an average load, under average conditions, what is the fuel burn rate for the 5500?

Thanks!

The gen set will shut down when you are down to 1/4 of a tank so you will have enough at least to drive away to the nearest station.

Thanks!

I found a spec sheet for the 5500 and the half load fuel consumption is listed as 0.6gal/hr.

Agree. Good rule of thumb.
