Sounds like you have dead batteries.
Do any lights work without shore power or Generator running?

Seems like if it was the inline fuse, the pump would never work, but OP indicated it works when plugged in to shore power or the GENSET is running.

Seems like a 120 VAC pump was installed. Cheaper and more powerful however less versitile.
