Warranty

We just purchased a 2010 Georgetown Model 330TS. Can anyone give me a contact at Forest River to find out whether it is still under warranty? I tried calling their main number and got nowhere. Thanks.

Congrat's. In the General Community Discussions one of the first threads has Forest River contact info.

Did you buy the unit new or used? New the warranty starts the day you sign the dotted line as long as it was purchased at a dealer. Used can be tricky depending on the circumstances. The powertrain should be warrantied for 5/50,000 and fully transferable.

Thanks

Thanks for the info. I purchased it used at a dealer. I will actually do the walkthrough at the dealer tomorrow. It only has 7600 miles on it, so I think some kind of warranty should still apply.

Congrats on the 330TS. We also have a 2010 330TS and love it.

Thanks. Just out of curiosity, did you install anything in the bedroom to hold stuff when you are in bed. There are no side tables in the new RV.

Here is the warranty included in our FR Owners manual. I also included a 2010 brochure if you don't have one. Hope these help.

My wife made some for our travel trailer - like your MH there were no night stands. It has been 3 months or so since I posted pictures in the Mod & Update section under the name emptypockets. If you can't find them PM me & I will e-mail the pictures to you.

You can email Mike Burns at FR. He is the warranty rep for the Georgetown Line. Include your Vin# in the email. He will reply to you.

Thanks for the info. I think the original warranty has just expired, but it can't hurt to contact him anyway just to make sure.

Yes, I made a couple of small shelves for both sides of the bed to place book and glasses. The one on DW side is a little longer.
