Washer combo

I need help, we are getting our 2014 Georgetown XL 378 next week, we are having a washer/dryer combo installed: Question what brand would you recommend? I was told about the splendide, that is what we were told we were getting, but it might take awhile to get one in or should I go with another brand? I know nothing about a combo unit

We had the splendide in our last motor home. We had it for the past six years and it was 13 years old. Never had any problems with it and it worked well. Newer units are supposed to be more efficient.

I put a splendid combo in our Berk last spring, and we love it. For the money, feature, size and reliability reported, I felt it was the best deal. Camping World puts them on sale in the spring, so we waited 6 months to put it in.

Washer combo

We have the splendide extra capacity unit vented model
We love it
It may take a couple of hours to wash and dry but hey, all we have is time.
And it's really great that you can wash and dry while going down the road

Thank you for your help. Fonzie I did go read the link you posted, it seems that most people are happy with the Splendide brand. I was told by my sales person, and the shop man (worker bee) that they did not recommend the ventless system on any brand.

One thing to note is the ventless model uses more water
It uses about 5 gallons water during the drying mode to condense the hot moist air into water so it can be flushed down the drain.

We have a 378TS and here is what it looks like installed in the closet.
I have the vented version but they also see a non-vented version.
