Washer dryer combo

Anybody had a washer dryer combo installed in Georgetown xl377? The wife did not like the one supplied by forest river therefore we order another one that had the same dimensions as the one supplied by FR. Just got a call today and told that the doors of the cabinet will have to stay off since the WD combo is about an inch to deep? Anybody has the same problem?

Had the option to take the combo unit out of our fiver and we chose not to because they are nice but can only do small loads and take a long time and with shirts and jeans they came out wrinkled and we prefer the closet space. I would not look the doors being off and always looking at the unit, just my opinion.

We have the Splendide combo and love it. We have been fulltiming for nearly 3 years and use it every day. Yes the loads are small, yes the jeans can be wrinkled but once you figure out how to use it you will appreciate how handy it really is. We do a load every morning, whites one day, darks the next day, whites the next day, etc. And you don't have to hang around to shift the wash from the washer to the dryer. Just load and go!

Nope...and the doors close also. Our unit is a TS, same as the newer XL models.

Ours is a 378TS and it fits and can still close the doors.
My dealer installed after purchase.

ID:	66048why it does fit. When we told them what we wanted for WM we made sure the one that we were interested in was the same dimensions as the splendid that was suppose to come with it. But those morons ordered the wrong one. Thanks for the info.

So are they going to replace it with the one you ordered?
