water heater

dose the georgetown 378f have a by pass for the hotwater heater and how to drain it

My 337 does, so presumably, your 378 would too.
As for draining, on the outside of the heater, open the cover, near the bottom is a large hexagonal fastener. Remove that. Water will begin to drain. At the top of the unit, lift the pressure relief valve bail and the water will quickly escape the heater.

On my 378 (2012) it is on the passenger side, behind the back tire in line with the jack, under the motorhome there is an open closed with a round white cap.
Open it and you should see your bypass for the hotwater heater.
Remove your anode and the water will drain from the hotwater heater.
