Water in frig freezes

I have a 2014 Georgetown 377xl with a Frigidaire French door bottom freezer residential refrigerator. There is a large coil of tubing in the refrigerator part in the bottom left behind a cover that cools the water before it is dispensed from the refrigerator door. The water in the tubing freezes so that no water can be dispensed. The temperature setting for the refrigerator is 36 degrees. Nothing else in the refrigerator freezes, not even water bottles that are stored in the refrigerator. When I thaw out the coiled tubing water dispenses through the door with no problems. Has anyone had this problem? Any answers or solutions would be great appreciated.

I've never had that problem, but you might try giving Frigidaire a call. They probably have a hotline phone number on a sticker inside somewhere...

I had the same problem with mine. Set the temp higher on the freezer a little and haven't had it happen since.

I keep my refer at 40 and the freezer at 0. 36 seems a little low for the refer.

My vegges and fruit get too cold in my residential refrigerator with factory settings. I set the refrigerator to 44 deg and it is plenty cold. This may help your water freezing issue.
