Water in Inverter bay 364

Going through Seattle it was raining pretty good for a while, shortly after the inverter GFI kicked and shut down the fridge.

Found this in the bay, water splashed up and went into AC outlet, every time I plugged in and reset GFI it would trip. Blew it out with my blower and the next day it was fine. Not sure how this much water could have got in, there is the drain tube but I can't imagine it going up.

On a positive note, the rig is awesome, plenty of power pulling our Pilot up the hills from CA to Vancouver.

Enjoy the pics

Have you used the black tank flush? Not sure how the 364 is laid out but on my rig the line on the black tank flush cracked and was pouring water into the bay with the inverter

Yes I have used it, however not on this leg of the trip. It was definitely water from the rain/road.

At night, put a light in the compartment and shut the door, then check for any light leaks. Worked for me.

The front water heater valves share the same bay. Maybe one of the valves or water lines is leaking.

I figured it out, we drilled a hole when we were running new romex for the inverter mod, but ended up finding the main line for all AC outlets, we didn't plug the hole back up, you can see it to the right of the inverter.

I like it--We're now calling it "the inverter mod"
