Water pumps won’t work after de-winterizing 2017 364TS Georgetown

I have a 2015 GT. First, the clear plastic "little ball type thing" is simply the cover on a screen filter to prevent sand and grit from entering the water pump. (To my knowledge, there is no on/off switch on the pump.) Have someone inside the camper turn the pump switch on and off once or twice to see if you can hear the motor trying to run. Keep in mind that it automatically shuts off via a pressure sensor if it doesn't sense a need for water flow. So, be sure a faucet is open somewhere. If the motor runs briefly, then it is likely that you have one of the flow valves in the wrong direction. The position of the handles generally indicate the direction of the flow - if the handle is perpendicular to the line, it is off. If it is parallel with the line, it is open. Let us know what you find.

I could be wrong, the white hose with the blue stripe should be your water line for your unit from the fresh tank. Solid blue hose may be for winterizing. Turn the valve handle toward the striped hose and try that. Hope this helps.

Just a suggestion, did you get manuals on the rig when you bought it? I have a 36B5 which is a version of the one you have so, I think some of the piping is different on mine, but my dealer re piped mine to make it easier to figure out, there should be as I see on your pictures, that you have the white plastic valves at your pump. These valves, when open will have the lever parallel to the hose. 90 degrees off is closed. So, you need the one between the pump and tank opened, the one to the antifreeze hoses closed. Mine has the touch screen in the kitchen where I turn pumps on and off. They have to be turned on from where ever they are controlled. My other previous RV's had switches located in the same area as the monitor panels where you check for water levels etc for waste and fresh water. maybe you have that on yours. One of my camopers has a panel where my slide controls are and the pump on/off switch is there.

Please do not confuse the bypass valves for the hot water heaters from the valve or valves that direct water from the fresh water tank or from an external source like a jug of antifreeze. That white valve in your picture next to the water pump is where you should look. If one valve, it changes the source to your water lines from the tank to an external source. If two valves are involved, one needs to be closed when the other is open.

Another slim possibility since you see antifreeze in the little plastic bulb thingies is that one is cracked or loose making it impossible for the pump to suck. I had one crack and the pump ran but didn't pump water. The clear plastic part is easy to unscrew so you may want to xheck it.

When winterizing, anti freeze is pumped through the sediment filter, so you should see it in the clear bowl!

Dennis King, We have had our 364TS since Feb 2015. Have done many small mods and a major rebuild of master bed area. Trying to help others is a good way to learn as well. I should have said valves instead is switches in my prior post can see where that could have caused confusion. Anyway always I always keep an eye out for 364TS posts. Enjoy your trip!

Thanks so much! We love our 364TS got in July last year it sat on lot in Texas for a year I believe. Roof looks like they caulked it it more than once
