Water pumps won’t work after de-winterizing 2017 364TS Georgetown

Left Cincinnati in 5 degree weather. Dealer winterized and advised against de-winterizing until I got farther South. I am around Ft Lauderdale and drained water from water filter by city water fill connection. I turned the 3 valves behind each water heater after I drained all red antifreeze out of all lines by the faucets. I also cycled the washer dryer combo put low drain plug back in but no water comes out of faucets with pump on? It works when connected to city water but not on it’s own pump from freshwater holding tank on board after I filled it. Any ideas? I know I did something wrong but I thought I did what they told me. Thanks for any help.

Did dealer leave the winterizing valve on input side of pump in winterizing position?

I changed the three valve positions beside the two water heaters. But not sure about the valve you mentioned.
Thanks Again

At your docking station, see if there is a valve that says "winterizing" or something similar. Make sure its turned away from the winterizing setting.

In winterizing mode, it makes the water pump pull from an RV jug or something similar and not the freshwater tank.

That's how it works on our fiver. Maybe the same as your motorhome?

A docking station is usually the place where everything is: your water connections, sometimes it has your black and grey tank valve levers, your cable TV connection, etc.

Hopefully you have one but if he did suck RV antifreeze from a jug, it is extremely likely this winterizing lever is what you're looking for.

The rectangle bin under the bunk side. Both water pumps and the fresh water tank in there. Each pump has a switch in it. That is how they suck the pink antifreeze into the system. You'll see about 3' of hose coming off each pump with a plug in the end, each pump has it's own switch to suck from that hose to get water or to get it from the plumbed system. Also this may be simple but you did switch the pumps on on both wall panels, one in back bath and the other in main panel by front bath, correct?

Thanks! I will check that in a few minutes. That helps narrow down the area. I will let you know after I try. Thanks

I found the pumps but see no switch on the pumps? I see a white valve off a hose on each and a little glass ball type thing that looks like there is a touch of antifreeze in it. Could that be it? Hope it does not hurt water heater being it looks like there is a little antifreeze. Should I turn all 3 water heater valves again to keep it out before I turn those valves. Again thanks so much everyone for your help on New Year’s day. I have attached two or three photos hopefully?Click image for larger version

Those valves that are shown in the pump discharge may need to be changed. Can't tell from the photo where they go, but I would switch them to the other position.

The clear things you see are sediment filters to keep junk out of the pump.
