Water supply to residential fridge in 350TS

Hi all!! We have a 350TS Georgetown XL... Brand new. We got almost everything working....fridge is on...freezer is good, filter is in. But we can't get any water to the fridge. Any suggestions would be great!! We are so new to this and learning!!

mine is located in the compartment for the garbage can. there is a pull up/pop down valve that controls water flow. up is off, down is on. take the garbage can out and reach up in there and feel for the valve with the round push/pull knob on it.....

sometimes the valve will pop itself up, too. it seems like it happens to me when i am traveling when it's hot, and the water pressure in the lines expands, and forces it up....
