Weird electrical issue

I have a 2005 Georgetown, 375. On a recent outing I lost power to my cabin, even after running the engine to recharge the cabin batteries I would only get a flicker of power and then everything went dead again. I replaced the batteries and this solved the problem. Except it left me with a dead backup camera monitor, both at the dash switch and when the rig is in reverse, my steps will only advance and retract when I activate the manual switch at the door, and my slides will advance and retract, even when the engine is running.
My local RV repair shop had no idea over the phone other than to check all the fuses, which I already had done. The fuses under the hood, under the dash, and next to the batteries all check out with a meter. I checked all the in-line fuses that I could spot as well. It appears to be some fuse or reset switch that has to do with the ignition.
Do any of you gurus out there have an idea what this could be?
