All of the above + reviews from owners on this and several other forums. Its the comments from owners/users that help set the tone for quality and OEM service after the sale.
We looked closely at the Challenger, Mirada, Bounder and Newmar Canyon Star and everytime we penciled the standards and options against the price and threw in owner reviews and satisfaction, the Georgetown XL came out on top.
For us the outstanding features albiet simple were things like the Georgetown has real doors to the bathrooms (not sliders), best sounding home theater system, fit and finish, mattress, driver seat and steering position, large windshield, 255 tires and the exterior paint looks wet and glossy, on par with the more expensive Canyon Star. My wife fell for the glass sinks and huge fridge. On another note, if you look at the interiors of several of the coaches mentioned, the Georgetown has more wood panels in plain view of the occupants and to me that gives a higher perceived value. Just simple differences that caught my attention.
