What's my Georgetown worth? (NADA)

Just wanted to add this link to NADA's Georgetown value.
They have just added the 2012 valvue.
Pick your year then model and check you accessories and mileage and you have it to print out.

If you want to find out what your Georgetown is really worth get a 10 day free trial on the internet version that the banks and dealers use. There you can find the wholesale value and that is what dealers use. When I traded my 2011 378TS in May it was worth $72000 wholesale with no options. The dealer Motorhome Specialists RV in Fortworth TX offered me $65000 at first for the Georgetown. He had my 2006 Gulf Stream Tour Master listed at $3000 below wholesale. I finally accepted $2500 below wholesale for the Georgetown in trade for the GS. It was vital for me to have this information so I could make a fair deal for the GS. You can only get these wholesale prices by getting the 10 day free trial or purchasing the Nada's book or online version. No options were included on either coach when we figured their value. As I siad these figures are vital when making a trade. Selling your Georgetown privately is a different thing. I do know that when they listed my Georgetown they had it at $79000. I have no idea what they sold it for but i would imagine around $75000. I know they had "sale pending" on it within a week after they listed it. I can tell you we are very happy with our Tour Master. If you haven't driven one you cannot imagine the difference in driving a DP over a gasser. Just not hearing the engine roar when downshifting into 2nd gear going up a hill was worth it. Not dissing the Georgetown is was a great gasser and I sure got what I paid for.
