One more thing to take a look at. On ours, the transfer switch wiring was not tightened and burned the neutral on coming off the generator into the coach {it was brand new....so it was not done at the factory correctly}. This is what it looked like:




Unplug everything and turn off the generator. Open the cover of the transfer switch in the basement compartment and check that the wiring is tight.
