since you typically can't easily get to the rear/back of the 120v Fridge in RVs, they usually put it under the sink in the bathroom next door, or under a cabinet nearby.

I certainly would be interested when you find out I haven't actually looked myself but my question is do you winterize the refrig or just try to blow it out with air

On our 2014 377 XL it is located in the fourth cabinet from the front on the driver side of the motorhome. Ours had a black cover in the upper right area of the cabinet hiding the valve. It was held on with four Phillips head screws.

My 2014 377xl was in the compartment below the refrig. Open the slide and look just below the floor for a black Rino jacketed line. The shut off is located there.

On my 2015 it is in the fourth storage bay on the drivers side. Top right corner under a black cover. Take the cover off and you will find a push pull valve located there.

Everyone is placed someplace different. Inside, outside. Best to ask someone with the exact model # and that will be a maybe. They will be hidden for sure.

On my 2016 Georgetown it is in the larger cabinet under the counter. It's a small popup type shutoff, pull up, push down type.

I blow it out with air and then disconnect the water line at the valve. If there is any water left in the line and freezes it will just expand out of the open end. I still use RV antifreeze and when I de-winterize I flush out the pex line before I re- connect the water line to the fridge to clear the line of antifreeze.
