We love our Denver mattress. We have one at home and when we saw our RV came with one, it definitely made our decision easier. Seeing to "mattresses" most RVs came with it was an upgrade right from the start.
You can search on Amazon for Denver mattress RV collection.

I suggest checking for nearby mattress makers to see if they can help you. Good luck. John

John,
We went to TX Mattress Makers (Katy) today, and I did not get a good feeling from them about what they could do for us. The sales guy said there was only one option he could make for us, and he did not have one we could try. He left me the impression it would be too hard for anyone’s liking.
Would you be willing to share your mattress thickness and composition, please? Also, how long have you had it and is it still wonderful for you?
Thanks,
Flo

hi flo
I have not visited the location you did, we called first and went in RV to the one east of downtown houston and got great service and a custom cut mattress for the bed. We tried the beds there before choosing, and they made one using that foam set. I believe the thickness is 5 inches, with a radius cut. There are 3 to 5 different foams inside it, as I recall. That limitation on your choices you described is bad service from whoever you dealt with. Hope this helps, John

That's the one I bought. Wife loves it. Only $200 shipped, local mattress maker wanted $400 for their bottom level mattress made to fit the RV short queen.

Where to buy an RV Mattress?
I went with Zinus expressly because of Forum members suggestions & high recommendations. Can’t wait to sleep on it!
Same prices here. The Texas mattress maker locally quoted us a similar price that yours did, which I might not have minded paying, but he acted like I was a total waste of his time, even though we were the only people in the whole store! Came down to I just didn’t trust him/them to care about us or our bed
Happy Camping; Happy Sleeping to us all!
