Good questions.....no you're not stupid! If you run your generator, you can then run your rooftop A/C while driving. We find this is required in most cases during the summer to keep the folks in the back comfortable.
Easiest way to get bleach into the fresh water tank is to hook up your hose to the coach FIRST and then pour about a 1/2 cup (that's what I use) in the other end of the hose. Hook up the hose to the faucet and turn it on and the bleach will flow into the fresh water tank. I fill the tank all the way up and then run each faucet (including the toilet and outdoor shower) until I smell chlorine. Make sure you do this using the pump so you use water from the fresh water tank and NOT with water spigot. I then let it sit for at least 24 hours and drain and refill the tank.
