We have a 378 xl and installed a EMS-HW50C. Bought at makariosrv for 284. It came with a remote readout and bypass switch. Easy to install. For the wire I cut 3 feet off of the power cord. Only needed it one time so far. The first time I plugged in to a pedestal that had an open ground, power would not come on. The RV park's so called electrician told me just to switch on the bypass switch and that would solve my problem. Right. I didn't and insisted they give me another site. After a little hassle they did and all was good. Just make sure that if you install it yourself to connect it between the shore power and transfer switch. Not after the transfer switch. Took me about an hour and a half only because it was 100 degrees outside here in Texas.
Use it one time and it will save you big bucks and a bad RV experience.
You will enjoy the 378 XL. Beautiful coach with plenty on amenities.

Progressive EMS. Lifetime warranty. This unit, though costly, is a very small percentage of the cost of your expensive, beautiful rig.
