Who manufactures captains chairs?

My passenger side captains chair, swiveling variety, foot rest will not extend. The cable which is attached to, and behind, the small lever on the foot rest has detached and I want to do a bit of research on the chair. I removed the little lever but was unable to pull on the cable enough to get it back in place so Forest river or my repair place will more than likely do the fix under warranty, maybe with a new cable, but I'd like to educate myself about the chair in case it happens again. So, would anyone know who makes these chairs?

Look under the chair and there should be a manufacturers tag. Check under both chairs and couch to find one. I don't think FR removes them.

Thank you, Bub. I'll look there a little later today. Nicholas Hoover at FR responded to me to see if he could help out and also asked for a picture of the tag. Nice proactive reaction from him I would say.

The tag in the past has been between the springs and bottom seat cushion.
May look like this but different numbers.
