When I had problems that had to be dealt I tried to contact Mike Burns, who never answered my emails or calls, I hear he is no longer with Forest River. I talked with John Armstrong, who was also not much help. And finally talked to Dan Evans, who straightened things out for me. Their emails are:
Dan Evans: devans@forestriverinc.com
John Armstrong: jarmstrong@forestriverinc.com

april conner took care of my out of warranty problems ,but always start your resolution with your dealer and work up and try to remember the folks that handle these problems are always over worked , so a little patience and an extra dose of politeness goes a long way as when you sit in that "chair" as it is seldom seen as customers are upset (rightfully so)
also what problems are you having sometimes they can be solved here as they are operator error which can be solved HERE
please dont ask how i know

I was also involved with both those operations while in the USAF.
Actually I was in Laos for Lam Son 719 with no ID as a Forward Air Controller. Don't tell anyone but we couldn't go into Laos at US Troops.

I think all this has been declassified by now don't you think?
