Windshield washer fluid reservoir

We own a 2006 Georgetown that is need of a new reservoir for washer fluid. We believe the former owner had fluid that froze in it causing a crack. I contacted Forest River and they said to contact the chassis manufacturer (in this case, Ford) and get a replacement. Went to a Ford dealership but they didn't have an exact part for this. What has been your experience with replacement reservoirs? My DH was repairing it with epoxy last night but would prefer a new one. This is a great forum by the way!
