If it's under warranty you will need to get it from your dealer. They shipped me the replacement and I had to return to them the defective wiper arm.

There are wiper arm helper springs available (example: ) that are designed to restore weak spring pressure but also add extra wiping force to "normal" spring-arms to assist in tackling oily/buggy windshield situations. Just a thought...

Same problem. Replaced with Rain X Latitude blades and it made the problem worse.
