Not sure about the Trav'ler dish but I am using the winegard Carryout for Shaw. Just set it out & plug into 12 volt power & it tracks & finds the sattelite in about 3 to 5 minutes.

Yeh I have looked at them as well. I think I am going to go with the Trav'ler automatic installed in the mh..
We should get togehter and compare notes sometime.
My e mail is polkapower@accesscomm.ca.. I am sure we can share some info. Our unit is the 360, 2011 and we purchased it in Saskatoon. We could not make a deal in Regina. Presently I am waiting for a new step controller board and a new fan for the fridge. We are not happy with the bedroom curtains as well.

Should be traveling home tomorrow perhaps we could meet up in a park that is close to both of us. We will (HOPEFULLY) be in craven in July.

Where did you purchase your shaw direct winegard Carryout dish

As it needs 12 volt power, what do you do when you need to be 20-30 feet away from the motorhome because of trees etc?

How much was it?

Let me know as I have a dish that I setup everytime I go

I dont' use a carry out dish. I do however carry a protable dish with lots of cable if I need it but I am installing the auto dish on the mh...as far as trees are concerned...I don't like to park under them anyway as all they do is drop crap and mess up the bus. So, i try to stay clear of overhead trees.

Sorry but it comes with 50 feet of power cable for the 12 volt & 50 feet of coaxial cable as well. I bought mine in Red Deer. but Ive seen them now at several RV dealers. I was told that this is the first year they have been out. Price is between $1200.00-$1500.00

I have a roof mount Winegard fully auto with a Shaw Direct dish, used it all across Canada and United States, trees and mountains will block signal but only a couple of times. John Silvester
