Winter living in Georgetown XL

How well insulated is the new Georgetown XL? Double pane Windows? Any advice or experiences are welcome.
We are 9 months or so from buying, and the nearest Georgetown dealership is very aggressive about closing deals even if you are just asking questions.

Ours has dual pane Windows, arctic package for the tanks and drain valves, two furnaces and dual heat strips in the A/Cs. Insulated baggage doors and a fireplace with a 1500 watt heater. The only thing I wish it had is heated floors with the porcelain tile. We put some nice throw rugs over the tile and that works great.
