I like the idea. On my 2015 329, I have an outlet where you put your doors. Did you have one there and moved it, or was it changed on later model years?

I moved it just to the left of the doors. A small curve there but it worked..Opening is 10 3/8 X 16 1/2.

Thanks Tbonz, I may have to get around to this mod someday. Right now, I pick up the cushion and occasionally put a few seldom used things in there. Pain to do though. On a side note, I dropped something behind the couch on our last trip. When i looked behind there for it I saw an electrical outlet that I have no access to. Lol it's about a foot off the floor behind the left side of couch. I may have to move it one day too.
