Arriving in Nfld stay at JT Cheeseman Prov Park. we always make it our 1st and last night campground.
If you're going to Gros Morne Green Point and Berry Hill National Park both have service sites. Green Point has some with a view if the Gulf of St Lawrence
St Anthony best bet is Pistolet Prov Park but no service but does have dumping station
Island Cove at La Scie is a good stop
Jonathan Pond North of Gander is a good bet
If going to St Marie's Ecological reserve closest CG is in Argentia where you take the Ferry (16 he back to North Sydney

Pippy Park is right in St John's and public transport is available near by

If you do the Burin Pen you can visit St Pierre & Micheglon at French colony. Canadians dont need a passport and starting this fall they will have a car ferry .Currently just have a passenger ferry.

If you go to Twillengate Peyton Woods is ok. Go up to Crows Head for good hiking trails

So you take the shorter ferry both ways? We considered that and still haven’t made a final decision.
We would like to go to St Pierre. Have you done it, and if so how long did you spend over there.
The times I have been to Newfoundland we flew in and rented a car so having our RV will be something new.
Thanks for the list of parks.

we have done both but my wife doesn't like the long ferry so this year we did the short both ways. if you take the Argentia get a deluxe cabin much more comfortable. Also on short the last 2 years have reserved a seat which is also a good idea

Have not gone to St Pierre as we travel with our Border Collie and not allowed on passenger ferry. Maybe next year with the car ferry service in place
