Oh man what did you have to post those pictures for. Now I want to go get in my canoe and go sit in the snow in the back yard. We love that park especially in the fall when it is quiet. I think I have canoed in every one of those spots at one time or another. Old Guys

Grundy is such a beautiful park! That was our favorite park when we were living in Northern Ontario. It's a bit of a drive for us now!

We are going to see our son in Montana this summer and traveling to Nortern NY state. How far from there is it to that find looking place? We are taking an extended time off. It really looks worth the trip. I am thinking my truck will get its first real workout.

Appears to be 500 miles from Utica NY. Anything up in that area is worth the drive.

I am itching to get out on the water. Was thinking about the river the other day then we had a cold snap and the river froze!

Great pics there!

I'd like to check out the park myself. I'm quite familiar w/ the area from driving to various destinations in northern Ontario. Technically Grundy is in southern Ontario (according to my geography teachers in school). Most people nowadays figure anything past Hwy. 7 is "northern".

It's probably a 3 hour tow for me.

Baldy, any suggestions for electric sites for ease of parking (levelness)?
