x3 on Sauders... that's were we bought our 8282WS that I'm currently posting from in Florida. They were going to treat my trade-in fairly (until a deer totaled it a few days before dropping it off) but they supported the claim well and I ended up with $1000 more from the ins. co. The delivery inspection was very thorough.

You should try to use a dealer you can get to for service... at most dealers, if you did not buy from them you will be at the bottom of the service priority, if at all.

At the Toronto RV show today. Sanders had the most Rockwood on the floor. Bought 2 trailers from them, would recommend them. Small town honest. On the service front June, July, August getting service from anyone will be a wait.

Not sure how you can honestly say that w/ a straight face. I bought my 2106 TT from them back in '09. If I could've found the same model @ another dealer, I would've dealt elsewhere.

After sale service was less than stellar. Problems w/ FM reception. They & Rockwood/FR weren't much help in fixing problem. I ended up asking a chap that does home theatre & satellite TV service to have a look. Turns out the coaxial cable from the antenna wasn't properly terminated. Insulation was just stripped back & wired jammed into female socket in stereo. FR wasn't impressed when I sent them a bill (which they re-imbursed me) for the cable repair. They said I should've gone to the dealer. I told them the dealer had looked @ it, but couldn't find anything wrong.

We ended up buying a very gently used 2011 Rockwood from Layzee Acres RV Sales in Seabright east of Orillia. I was happy with their sales staff and the buying experience. I haven't used them for any service though so I can't comment on that aspect.
