Unofficial camp out?

Late last fall I was looking into trying to setup an official 'Northern Frog Season Opener campout'. But it turns out I have way too much going on to have been able to plan an official event.

So instead, what do people think about an 'unofficial FRF campout'? Basically, there'd be absolutely nothing planned, no deals arranged, no meals, or anything like that. Just a sharing of 'Hey we're going to be here on such and such weekend so stop bye and say hi'.

We do this a lot in the motorcycle group I belong to and did it a lot when I was flying small planes. Always a good time with a core group that always seemed to show up. Most of these outings were more fun than the large formal gatherings.

Whoops, sorry, forgot to mention that. I had talked about it last fall so I must have mistakingly thought people would remember. In my particular case, it'd be in SW Ontario.

Unofficial camp out?

If someone wanted to meet in central or eastern PA I'd be interested. My first outing right now is April 8,2016. Pine Grove State Park, PA

Can't do April, too busy, hence why I couldn't plan something. But we're booked in to Camper's Cove the first weekend in May if you feel like an extra trip.

Unofficial camp out?

Interested! (Having just made a bunch of reservations in Canada, I can tell you parks are already filling up. Reservations opened in January this year!)
