I know the reversing river is in Saint John, according to this Tidal Bore the tidal bore is in Moncton.

As I live in Saint John there is definitely no tidal bore in Saint John.
The tides rise & fall twice a day by approximately 28 feet.
Farther up the bay above Moncton it is in the vicinity of 40 feet twice a day.
In Saint John the effect of these tides are especially remarkable at the site of the Reversing Falls ( rapids would be a better name ) where the bay water pushes water up the Saint John river for almost 100 miles.
