all "national parks" are in reality provincial parks in Quebec .. excluding a few up the St. Lawrence on the northern shores .. and of course the one in Gaspe. Anything run by the quebec government do not allow pets so im thinking your going to have to camp in privately owned grounds.
We origionally where going up to Quebec city for a week or so, but decided to visit western New York state. This was a beautifull trip and less expensive than running into gas prices at 1.40 a litre, and campgrounds that charged around 40 bucks a night. Average gas prices in NYS averaged a buck a litre, and State run campsites were in the 20 to 25 dollar range. It really is a no brainer for us ... all mini trips and vacations are taken across boarder ... lots to see and do ...
