2005 255gts- Excessive fuel tank pressure/EVAP

I just recently bought a 2005 Lexington 255 Ford, with 6.8l v10. THERE IS NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT OR STORED CODES. It idles pretty rough and the gas cap(just replaced with OEM motorcraft cap) has a lot of pressure when you take it off. It also makes sucking and almost like farting noises when running. I’ve checked for vacuum leaks and replaced some worn vacuum hoses. My buddy who works at Ford hooked his scanner up to it and narrowed it down to the Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor(FTP) not telling the purge valve when to open. All the auto parts stores pull up the same sensor, which is suppose to be located on the top of the tank. Well mine does not have a sensor there or any wiring for it. There is a hole for it on the tank, but it is capped off. I have a call into Forest River technical support. I figured I’d see if anyone has had this issue and has any fixes for it? I have googled several times online, while I have found some with this same issue, none have stated not having a FTP sensor. Is it located somewhere else on this model? I have a Purge Valve ordered and going to give that a try, but it’s weird that that is no FTP sensor. Pics show the tank info, the FTP diagram from Ford, and where mine just has a plug.

Yes. My vent to the evap system on the frame rail was plugged up. I blew it out with compressed air and put a screen on it so dirt dobbers can’t get in there anymore.

2006 e450 v10 Lexington excessive vacuum @fuel cap

With help of a dear friend I was able to make a quick fix
The problem was Mud dobbers made their home inside and clogged atmospheric air to inter system !!!

1) locate evap canister? (Long and narrow)
Between frame rails about mid ship
2) remove the 5/8 black Plastic flex hose from rear of canister,(it’s about 3 ft long) it does not attach to anything toward the rear. Remove Hose from clips,
3) either blow flex pipe out with air Pressure or water pressure, If using water pressure please let dry
4) reassemble in reverse
5) attach a piece of metal window screen to end of flex pipe that does not connect to anything

Walaahhhhh!!!! Should be your fix ,it was mine !!! And his
