Can anyone tell me where the antifreeze suction valve is located?

Unless it was added by previous owner or dealer, there isn't one.
You can add a simple kit to your water line that will mount just in front of your water pump, which is under your rear queen bed. Its a simple inexpensive kit and you can get it at CW if there's one in your area, or Amazon or any place that carries rv parts/equipment.
Or, do what I do with our Lexi. I drain all my lines and fresh water tank and pour 8 gallons of anti freeze into the fresh tank. Then run all the faucets, shower, and outside shower till the anti freeze comes out. Pour some into the black tank and the drain traps, and done.
