Does 350 lbs added cause reduce gas mileage
I just purchased a 25.5 Lexington with the Ford V10. The previous owner added granite counter tops and heavy rock flooring. This adds at least 350-400 lbs. My gas mileage at 60mpg is 9.3mpg. Would I get better mileage if I change the counter top and flooring to a light weight material.

Possibly, but probably not enough to notice. At 60mph, air drag is more important than weight.

Add 350 more and drive around. See if it changes anything. (It won't).

I agree with rockfordroo, weight does not have much affect on highway millage, once moving the major issue is wind resistance. Weight hurts city millage much more, accelerating uses more gas the heavier the vehicle (but I am guessing 85% of your miles are highway).
I have a 2006 255DS without modifications and I don't get over 10 mpg unless I drive off a cliff (cruise set at 65 I don't get much over 9mpg).

Very little change for 350 #. Cost quite a bit to change counter out. So that loss be much more.

They were probably expensive options at the time and could help with resale value when you're ready to sell.

You're driving a motorhome with a huge V10 engine. Quit worrying about mileage. Never even calculate it again. Doing so is just sabotaging what should be fun times. Unless you just need something to be upset over...

I get 8-9MPG with our GTS both fully loaded and lightly loaded. Three hundred and fifty pounds isn't going to make much, if any, measurable change in your MPG. As other have said you'll spend more money replacing the upgrades, down grading?, than you will save in gas... 
I would visit a scale and check how much cargo carrying capacity (CCC) you have left after adding in the weight of the upgrades. That 350-400 pounds came right out of your original CCC rating.

Seriously, folks add 350-400 pounds all the time by filling the fresh water tank or added gear. You will not notice the difference.

I'm guessing your rig is a e450 chassis. Take everything out of it, drain the fresh water tank, take it for a ride and see how you like the ride.

I hate to appear rude or insensitive, but as I am retired and still run two vehicles besides my MH I do understand your query. However, if I worried about MPG and/or the price of gas as I am rolling down the highway, it would be a long day. I have pondered this for most of my life since seeing it on a refrigerator magnet in 1967...."Today is the tomorrow you worried about yesterday".

Any additional weight will reduce fuel mileage, but I highly doubt you will notice an additional 350lbs.

I see maybe 1 mpg difference with our Sunseeker when towing a 4000 pound SUV or not towing. 350 pounds makes a difference but you would be hard pressed to detect it. Unless you need to lighten your motorhome to carry what you want, don't worry about it.

FEIW, when I load my 1,000 pound Harley in the trailer the mileage doesn't seem to change at all.
