Does anyone know where BIRD unit is located on 2005 Lexi

I have a 2005 Lexi 255GTS. The coach batteries do not charge thru shore or alternator power because the Battery Disconnect Relay in the BCC is not getting power from the Bi-Directional Isolator Relay Delay (BIRD) unit.

Unfortunately I am unable to find the exact location of the BIRD unit so I can order a replacement part. I looked under the driver's seat and found an electrical box but am not sure if this is the BIRD unit or the unit that controls the Seat Belt light as a wire goes from the unit and is attached to the seat.

Also, I am unable to pry the plastic cover off the electrical box to verify the electrical parts and any suggestions on removing the cover would be greatly appreciated.

The BIRD used to be under the driver seat...normally it will say BIRD in white letters on the cover.
