Easy to check. Go up on the roof and remove the plastic cover. The sticker has all you need to know.
Amp draw on the sticker is at 115 Volts AC. If camp voltage is less, the current is more. Start up current can not be more than 1.56 times the running current (for compressor (RLA) and fan (FLA)) in order to get a UL rating. The LRA is Locked Rotor Amps and that is a malfunction condition where the compressor is not turning due to voltage too low but the unit is calling for cold.
