I have been traveling across the country in the north and find the suspension very stiff and each small bump in the road rattles the Coach terribly to the point of undoing the cabinet staples. Does ford have an aftermarket air suspension to soften the ride? Or has anyone added an air suspension system that works?

By the way, I have to say that my 2006 25ft GTS has performed incredibly well with no leaks I couldn't caulk or seal with Dicor. I only wish I had a diesel for added power. I tow a ford escort which makes the steering a little marginal on curves and wind.

I got rid of the wineguard omni directional antenna which was not digital and replaced with an interior walmart $44 digital antenna which amazed me. I used the antennal roof hole to thread an Sirus radio antenna into the interior.

My ancient Kingdome satellite antenna works great with Direct TV reciever however when your base is west coast, there is a three hour delay in all programming.

Check out the Lippert E-Z Ride suspension. You could also add the Firestone Ride Rite airbags which is what we install at the factory now. But the E-Z Ride also helps with sway.

I note there is a variety of ez-ride air bags by Firestone. is there a specific model that will fit my ford 450. Also, will I need to remove the existing springs?

you order them by year of your f450 original springs stay in place as the air bags are just helpers.

I'm an Electrical Engineer - there is no such thing as a "Digital Antenna". To save time:

Our OEM "boosted" antenna performs far greater than we expected. Forest River engineers made a good selection. It is directional, but when pointed right it is awesome.

Use AntennaWeb - Home to help "direct" the antenna.

I'm not a n electrical engineer and make no representation as an expert in the field of antennas however RCA sells the antennas I referred to as digital antennas. Commonly found at Walmart.

Hi Gerry: I am ready to replace the TV antenna as something hit it while I was driving and I now have a large hole(s) pierced thru the housing. Which $44 Walmart antenna did you install. I checked their website but did not find a TV antenna for that price. I found some that cost more and some that cost less.

I checked Walmart ad, the antenna was only $24. It is RCA about 14 X 14 inches flat antenna with optional power amplifier. I mounted it flat against interior of cabinet over cab. I'm in Bar Harbor campground at the moment not getting signal. Must not be a local repeater.
