Exterior height, 2005 Forest River Lex 235

Anyone know the exterior height (to top of air condtioner) of a 2005 Forest River Lexington 235 motorhome?

I can see on the Forest River site that new ones have an exterior height of 10' 7", but I've contacted a seller who tells me his 2005 235 has a exterior height of 10' to the top of the air conditioner.

My parking space has a 10' 2" max height, and before I drive several hundred miles to check out the 2005 235, I'd like to know what the true max height is.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The Lexington got about 2" taller a few years back, but the overall height shows the same 10'-7" on the 2005 & 2012 brochure. So even if the current one is correct, then it was 10'-5" back then. Maybe the springs have settled a bit...but I find it hard to believe that it lost 5". Having said that, I don't know what the owner could have done. I'd see if he can send you a picture of how he's measuring.
