HVAC ceiling vents

We have a 2008 Lexington 283 gts. On our last trip to Florida we used our AC almost non-stop. We noticed that the driver side ceiling vents from the front through the kitchen, bath and bedroom had minimal air flow. We have only 1 roof mounted AC unit so there is only 1 zone for the thermostat controller to control.
Does anyone have suggestions as to what the problem maybe or possible solutions? Also, are there any tests that I can do to verify the problem?
Thank you for your time and knowledge.

A/C Vents

I am guessing you have made sure the duct work bypass at the A/C itself is fully closed? It is a little inconspicuous slide that looks like part of the grill that covers the A/C unit on the inside of the coach. It is used for quick cool right below the unit. It only slides about 1/4". But if it is open, your ducts will only trickle... Good luck!

During the pre delivery inspection we had the same problem. The RV technician found the duct opening at the A/C was not fully cut open.
